As a professional athlete I trained 3 times a day. Early mornings, late evenings. Hot and sunny, rainy and cold. It does not matter. To set yourself apart you are required to train better and harder than others. I can help you with both.

Shredded is a newly evolved workout consisting of high intensity interval training, team-based challenges and cardiovascular exercises.

Shredded is a long-term program covering strength, focus strength, explosiveness, conditioning and max challenges. The concept is based on constantly shocking the body by altering focus bi-weekly, leading to fast results, after-burn effects and a full-body well-being.

Shredded is one of the most challenging workouts offered, but also one of the most efficient and rewarding. Shredded brings people together, teaches people team dynamics and allows every member to push themselves to the limit.
