What is Shredded?

Shredded offers professionally led fitness workouts with the objective to strengthen the resilience of body and mind.

The workouts provide a maximum of flexibility with no contractual subscription and a simple ‘walk-in’ policy. Our schedule is diverse and includes many training variations such as HIIT, Tabata, Conditioning, and Crossfit, to name but a few.


What level of fitness does it need?

Shredded is for all fitness levels. We find a way to make our workouts a challenge for all individuals with different levels.


Is the first workout free?
Yes! If you sign up on SportsNow, it will automatically assign a free credit to you.


How do I sign up and participate?

Shredded uses sportsnow.ch, a Swiss made registration and payment platform which allows for a smoother sign-up experience.

You can register up to latest 1 hour prior to the workout and cancel by latest 30 minutes before the session starts (then you won`t lose any credit).

Joining without registration is still possible, but registration is helping us to focus on the experience and not on administration. Thank you for registering!


What is “Bring 1, train for FREE”?

If you bring a new participant with you for the same workout you participate in, then you train for free.

To receive the credit, please tell the coach on your workout.


How do I stay up to date?

We will add you to our Whatsapp group to get the weekly schedule of trainings and be informed about upcoming Challenges and Meet-ups.
Please ask one of the coaches to add you to the group if you are not a member yet.


What if it is rains?

We do have multiple locations which we use, including an indoor gym nearby train station Wiedikon.

We will announce any change via SportsNow, just check your workout in the application.
