Reward coach

The classes offered on SHREDDED are Pay-What-You-Want (PWYW) workouts, whereby you are encouraged to reward the coach at the end of the class with the amount that the training was worth to you.

The philosophy behind the PWYW workout is that everyone should be able to experience the effectiveness of high-quality training and have access to each sport.
